RICHARDSON LOVE, JR., joined Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors as philanthropic advisors. JUDY BELK and BILL DIETEL were named senior advisors. KIMBALL has retired as president and chief executive of the Teagle Foundation. CINDY RAAB joins the Morton and Angela Topfer Family Foundation as program officer on June 27. She is currently director of the Office of the President at the Council on Foundations. The Greater Houston Community Foundation has elected WILHELMINA E. (BETH) ROBERTSON as chair and DAVID M. WEEKLEY as vice chair of its board of directors for the term beginning in September. ACT NOW INSTITUTE FIRSTS: The Council on Foundations invites foundation board members to attend the inaugural Institute for New Board Members on July 21 in Portland, OR. The Institute is designed especially for new foundation trustees, but all trustees who want to learn more about their board responsibilities are invited to attend. Stay in Portland through July 24 and attend the Institute for New Grantmakersoffered for the first time on the West Coastfor foundation staff and trustees who want to learn about the art and practice of grantmaking.
